Ralph Sadleir School is a middle school for 9-13 year olds, located in Puckeridge, Hertfordshire. They aim to provide a safe, caring and positive environment, which allows all pupils to feel happy and supported, enabling them to thrive with their learning.

They provide a broad and balanced curriculum, which builds on prior learning and prepares pupils for the next phase of their education and to be successful members of society. They believe that it is vital to develop the child as a whole, so pupils also have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of enrichment activities, such as sports, music, computing, school council, offsite visits and, in Year 8, to be elected as House Officials.

All members of the school community are affectionately referred to as ‘Ralphies’. Pupils develop a set of school values, ‘RALPHIE’ values, to complement their safe, caring and positive approach to school life. Ralph Sadleir School aim to demonstrate these values every day.
