The People Behind the Work
Lemongrass Media is a tight-knit team of designers, developers and strategists who have worked together for years and genuinely enjoy what they do.
Jon is our Technical Director and the natural lead on project strategy. His attention to detail is what sets the standard for everything we produce, and with over 25 years of experience, he brings a level of technical precision that shows in the finished product. Performance and security aren’t an afterthought. They’re built into every site we produce from the ground up.
Steve leads on operations, marketing and the internal business strategy that shapes how the agency grows and evolves. With 30 years in sales, 15 of those in digital marketing, he works closely with Jon to make sure every project is properly scoped and delivers real value for the client.
Mark is our Lead Developer and also heads up client support. Once your site is live, he’s the person responsible for keeping everything running smoothly and making sure any requests are handled quickly and properly.
